By accessing and using ReviewedByPros (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including licensed contractors and non-licensed home service professionals.

2.1 Platform Purpose

ReviewedByPros is a business-to-business platform that enables home service professionals to:

• Post Reviews: Share experiences about customers to help other professionals make informed business decisions
• Search Customer Information: Access information and review history about potential customers
• Build Professional Networks: Connect with other service professionals in your area

3.1 Professional Requirements

To use our Platform, you must:

• Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age
• Professional Status: Be actively engaged in providing home services as a business
• Business Authorization: Have legal authority to conduct business in your service area
• Good Standing: Not be prohibited from conducting business due to legal or regulatory issues

3.2 Licensed Professional Additional Requirements

If you are a licensed professional, you must also:

• Valid License: Hold a current, valid professional license in good standing
• License Verification: Provide license documentation for verification
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable professional regulations and standards

3.3 Non-Licensed Professional Additional Requirements

If you are a non-licensed service professional, you must provide:

• Business Documentation: Business registration, tax identification, or professional references
• Insurance Verification: Proof of liability insurance (where required by law)
• Professional References: Contact information for previous customers or business partners

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Review System

• Reviews must be based on actual business interactions
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and professional
• No false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Reviews are subject to moderation and may be removed for policy violations

4.2 Customer Search

• Search access requires payment or earned tokens
• Customer information is for business decision-making purposes only
• No harassment, stalking, or inappropriate contact of customers
• Data must be used in compliance with privacy laws

5. Payment and Billing

• Search Fees: $5.00 per customer search
• Token System: Verified contractors earn tokens for posting reviews
• Payment Processing: Secure processing through Stripe
• Refunds: Processed according to our refund policy

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use customer data for purposes outside the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWEDBYPROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
